PeoplePuzzle is a team building workshop business based in Los Angeles that focuses on enhancing communication and collaboration among teams. Using Myers-Briggs personality type theory and Jung’s cognitive function understanding, we help teams gain self-awareness and leverage their unique strengths for better teamwork.

How it works?
In-Person Two-Day Workshop
"Dive in without distractions"
Our in-person workshop spans two full work days, providing ample time for attendees to fully immerse themselves in the experience. This format allows for uninterrupted concentration, as well as opportunities for self-reflection. We recommend smaller groups of up to ten individuals for a more personalized experience. While we are based in Los Angeles, we offer the flexibility to conduct our team building workshops at your preferred location.

“Distance is no barrier”
While in-person workshops offer immediate feedback and foster better group dynamics, our virtual option can still be incredibly valuable in helping individuals learn how to betterinteract and collaborate with others.

To enhance the overall experience, we encourage mixing the workshop with new and exciting group activities. These activities can provide fresh perspectives on individual and group behavior, as well as foster stronger bonds between participants. Please note that the group activities are not organized by our company and must be arranged by the client.
